DANIELLE VUOTTO GRILLO- LEAD COSMETOLOGIST / OWNER
Danielle has been serving the local communities with over 20 years of industry experience within the salon. She has had exceptional training in an array of different cosmetology services and techniques including hair color techniques, advanced hair cutting, keratin treatments, hair extensions, nail care, lash extensions, makeup, waxing and more. Danielle was Artistic Educator for Logics and Matrix for 10+ years before she resigned to raise her beautiful daughter, Josephine. She is a driven, detail-oriented practitioner of her trade, as well as a compassionate teacher/mentor. She is a lifelong learner who continues to advance her skills to ensure she is meeting the needs of all her clients.
To Danielle, family is everything and her devotion extends to her salon family and clientele. Danielle developed a passion for the beauty industry at a young age while watching and learning from her mother who has been in the profession for 40 years. Having spent her career working as a cosmetologist and manager at her mother's salon, Danielle proudly took over ownership and operations in January 2024 and rebranded the salon as Fashionistas & Co., LLC.
LUCIA REYNOLDS - HAIR STYLIST
Lucia is the matriarch of the original former Fashionista’s Salon. She has been in the beauty industry for over 40 years. She is passionate about the industry and has always known since her youth that this was the career for her.
For the past 17 years she has worked along side her daughter Danielle Vuotto Grillo who now owns and operates Fashionistas & Co. Salon.Lucia is still very proudly working at the salon with her daughter, now as an employee. She is highly proficient in everything hair. Hair color techniques, cutting, keratin treatment, perms and updo styles. She strives to create the most beautiful work for each and every guest through the best techniques available.
ELLA SAFAVI - HAIR STYLIST
Ella is from Europe and recently relocated to the Collegeville area. While continuing to be a dedicated a stay-at-home mom, Ella is excited to also return to her roots as a licensed hair stylist by joining the skilled team at Fashionistas & Co. Salon every Saturday. Back in her hometown of Tirana, Albania, Ella owned her own beauty salon and dress boutique after completing a combination undergrad/master’s program at the prestigious University of Tirana specializing in Textile Engineering. Ella then went on to take the prerequisite classes for the European equivalent of a beautician’s license, so that she could combine her textile skills used in making custom dresses with the ability to do hair.
Albania is a beautiful country just northwest of Greece that is home to stunning beaches on the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. Ella often reflects on the natural beauty and the inviting culture of her homeland. Her warm and caring personality and the care she takes to ensure that every client looks his or her best when they leave the salon is what sets her apart here at Fashionistas & Co.
OLIVIA LAMPLEY - HAIR STYLIST
Olivia is a local graduate of the cosmetology program at the Salon Professional Academy. She has been studying cosmetology since high school at TCHS in Phoenixville. Olivia enjoys bringing a personalized experience to all her clients. Olivia loves everything involving hair from cutting to coloring. She loves doing curly hair and vivid color techniques.
Olivia feels that every client should enjoy spending time at the salon. She will always strive to make them feel listened to, relaxed, and luxurious.
In her personal time, Olivia loves hanging with her rescue dogs and thrifting.
AMANDA - ESTHETICIAN
Amanda is a licensed Esthetician with extensive hands-on experience. Passionate about the beauty industry, she leaped into the Aesthetic realm in 2020. With a robust background in the medical field, Amanda has spent 15 years working in Dermatology offices and nearly 5 years as a Medical Esthetician. She is thrilled to channel her love for the industry, blending her artistic and creative talents in a Salon atmosphere. With the knowledge she has gained over the years, Amanda confidently provides each client with the best personalized treatments to address specific needs and achieve optimal results. Personalized Skincare—her way, with a glow and a smile!
GABBY RIDGE - SALON ASSISTANT
Gabby is currently enrolled at North Montco Technical Career Center for Cosmetology. She is the lead salon assistant and is exceptional at customer service and client interaction. She is dedicated to supporting the success of the salon and the stylists. She is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys watching and learning from a team of exceptional stylists. She aspires to be one of the top new stylists in the industry in the future.
DANI - ESTHETICIAN/COSMETOLOGIST
Dani is a certified and licensed lash technician with a passion for enhancing everyone’s natural beauty. With three years of experience in the industry, she has gained extensive hands-on skills. Dani is dedicated to the beauty industry and excels in precision work and attention to detail.
From a young age, Dani pursued her dreams in the beauty field, starting at Montgomery County Technical School. After graduating, she continued her career path at Lansdale School of Cosmetology, where she earned her Cosmetology/Esthetician License. Dani developed an eye for esthetics, leading her to specialize as a lash technician. She has perfected her craft, mastering the art of creating stunning lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tinting, and more.
Dani has the expertise to deliver remarkable results that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Her warm, friendly, and positive demeanor creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for every client. She prioritizes building strong relationships and delivering the results clients desire, making each appointment an enjoyable experience.
HAILEY LITTLE - FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Hailey is currently a student at Montgomery County Community College. She is progressing to graduate with bachelor's degree in marketing. She enjoys and appreciates everything about the beauty industry and is looking forward to sharing her passion with the salon clients and staff, making everyone's experience smooth and accommodating.
ANNA ELLIS - WELLNESS THERAPIST
Anna has been helping others enhance their physical and mental well-being since 1988. She is highly trained in many holistic modalities, such as a aromatherapy, reflexology Reiki, and many more. For over 35 years she has treated patiences wellness with customized session that help harmonize and balance, body mind and spirit. She is dedicated to helping add positive energy to all those who come into the salon.
